What time of day is best to visit Akihabara? afternoon or early evening around 8pm? Are places close on Sunday? thanks!

Shops in Akiba are usually open between 10 a.m.-8 p.m. including Sundays, too. Go anytime between those hours.

I think that Saturday or Sunday afternoon is the best. Because most shops are open and there are a lot of people. You would have a good time.
