I was wonder if it is possible to watch foregin channels here in japan?
how can i get European or Middle eastern channels ?
how much should i pay to get them?

As far as I know, only American channels are available on some cable channels. Maybe BBC, too.

I had hikari tv for awhile (its like cable over the internet), and it had tons of foreign channels, although they were mostly american and the service was rather expensive (about 4000 yen a month).
