I wear contact lens and I always buy them at Eyecity. If you don't have prescription you probably need to have your eye examined at the place first. Eyecity is all over Japan and located in most large cities and major shopping malls.

Where in Japan? There are lots of shops that sell glasses and contact lenses. A nationwide chain with fast service seems to be Megane Super:
