Adrift in Tokyo

I just saw in Vancouver a great little movie called Adrift in Tokyo. May be called Ten-Ten in Japan.
the director-writer is Satoshi Miki, the main actors are Joe Odagiri, Tomokazu Miura, Kyoko Koiuzumi .My question: where was the movie filmed inTokyo? I recognized the Imperial Palace, Shinjuku, kabuki cho, Ueno Zoo, Tokyo tower, Senso -ji, the Sumida river, perhaps the Arakawa tram line but there are other temples, and several residential districts...any idea??
I loved that movie anyway....low key, funny and sad at the same time..
