If I travel from Gifu to Takayama by Nohi bus ,can I carry all my suitcases with me during the trip.( because I can not contact at www.nohibus.co.jp)

How many do you have? I believe that the regulation on most long-distance buses is that one large suitcase per person can be put into the luggage room in the bottom of the bus and smaller bags can be taken inside the bus. If it is not a busy day, I am pretty sure that you could also put more than one suitcase per person into the luggage room.
