hi!
i'm in the US. my friend in japan sends me "deco mail" from his Docomo phone in japan. i use Windows Live hotmail myself. is there any way i can add those awesomely cute little emoticons when i send him mail? or am i limited to the just the hotmail ones? is there a free email service provider that offers options like making your own custom emoticons? thanks!

I'm afraid I don't know much about Hotmail. If you get Yahoo Japan free e-mail address, you can send him e-mail with icon called EMOJI to either DOCOMO,au,or Softbank cellphones.
