looking for classes in Tokyo

My husband and I are planning our first trip to Japan and are looking to take a class on origami or qi gong to be more immersed in the culture. Any suggestions where to look, like a learning center, or suggestions of other types?
Most of our trip will be spent in Tokyo and venturing out to some rural towns (undetermined yet).
