Hello, I will be in Tokyo, Kyoto area at the begining of August and was wondering if there were any places that do english Rakugo's performances around that time, or any place in general :) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When I first moved to Osaka I worked for a small school called HOE and taught with one of the first non-Japanese Rakugo artist named Bill Crowley. I highly recommend Rakugo.
