Hello,

I understand that we can have special rate when we rent cars from JR in Hokkaido if we have a JR Hokkaido pass.

How about people with JR pass (nation wide)? Do they enjoy these special rates if they rent cars in HOkkaido?

I believe that the Hokkaido Rail Pass is the only JR pass that enables holders to discounts at Ekiren car rental outlets:
