JAPAN RAIL PASS and Suica are not compatible.
You can not combine them for any ride, I think, but you can use a Suica card instead of the pass when you take a ride around Tokyo to another company line's station covered by PASMO system.
--For your information--
JAPAN RAIL PASS:
- To get this pass, ''Temporary Visitor'' status is a must.

- This package is available regardless of legal visiting status; foreign nationality and foreign passport are the conditions.
- A N'EX ticket is valid until the midnight; it can not stay over night.
- A passenger can use the ticket in this package before and after getting off the N'EX train to a station inside the area showed (colored on the map) in this page:

- Suica / PASMO may be useful if you know it well. Suica and PASMO are compatible as to their unique fare computation and collection systems.
- The systems cover fare between two stations per ride, in a large area around Tokyo, on lines of many railway companies. Usage for bus rides is limited to busses with appropriate device for a Suica / PASMO card.
- A passenger who entered railway network with a card is required to exit it with the same card by the midnight.
- If there exists no route between the two stations available with services by 4 or less companies, the passenger can not exit through a gate machine.
