I would guess something like "It was you all along?"

Kind of guessing on the meaning of the no on the end though.

I would ask "zutto anata no" what? It is not a complete sentence/phrase.

It says "for a long time/always your..." only. So if it was translated into Japanese from English originally, that person might have wanted to say "always yours," but it does not work that way in Japanese :)

It may have been a part of a sentence such as:
- Zutto anata no koto ga suki (Always I've liked you)
- Zutto anata no tomodachi de itai (I want to stay your friend for a long time)
- Zutto anata no koto wo omotte imasu (I'm always thinking of you)
