How's japanican.com? 2009/6/12 16:22
Hi everyone, I've been trying to book a trip to Kyoto on japanican.com for a few weeks now. However, every time I click OK after inputting my information I get a server runtime error. I've e-mailed japanican about it a few times but they don't seem to be very accommodating. Meanwhile I'm counting down the days I have left to book something (which today is exactly one month away). Does anyone have experience with this website? Are they legit? And perhaps other people here who experienced the same issue? Thanks

I booked with them 2009/6/12 20:08
Hi
I booked 2 hotels 2 days ago ok with no issues and they sent e mails to my address
with correct details.
I also booked using Rakutan
as well. Have used my booking number since to see if my booking was ok and it worked fine. They did not send me e mails though which I thought they would.

strange 2009/6/12 20:12
Yeah it's really strange, I've tried to book on japanican many times, using different browsers, on different computers and even different accounts and personal information, it doesn't matter, I ALWAYS get an error... I just don't get it.
