umeda or mori

I am still undecided whether to go to Umeda Sky Building in Osaka or Roppongi Hills Mori Tower in Tokyo.

Please share your opinion to help me to decide. (in terms the view, building design, etc)

They are both quite spectacular, but I personally prefer Roppongi Hills, especially since they opened up the open air observatory. However, Roppongi Hills is twice as expensive.

Roppongi Hills is my vote, as it is a whole comlpex, with a wonderful (Mori) Contemporary Art Museum as well. The view and scale of Tokyo are amazing from the open air observatory: a helipad to boot!!it is a bitpricey though if all you want is the view..we went for the Art Museum, and architecture, and got the view as a bonus.

Sorry, forgot to add: at Mori there is not a full 360 view: 2 areas (about 30 each) are blocked by superstructure
