Hi,
I was planning to go to Kamuiwakka falls in Shiretoko july 11, but through this website I found out that the shuttle buses are only driving from july 13, and that there's no other way to get there because of construction work.
Is there no other way to get there? And is there a special reason the shuttle bus only drive from July 13? Isn't the beginning of july season already?

Not along the road. It seems that it is not even possible to pass the construction site by bicycle or on foot.

I am not sure why the selected the 13th. Possibly to have some practice before the rush that start with the long weekend on the 17-19th and the start of school holidays.
