translating a card

Hello,
Because I recently graduated from high school a friend of mine has sent me a card to congratulate me. Since I will begin studying Japanese in September my friend wrote something down for me in Japanese on the card .
I know that the first three characters mean congratulations, yet I can't seem to figure out the last three. Since I really want to figure out what they mean without asking my friend can someone perhaps translate them for me please?
Regards, Cecilia you can find the card here: www.aka-ichigo.com/card.jpg

It says "Words of congratulations": お祝い means "celebration" (equivalent to congratulations in this case), then the particle "の", then 言葉, "words".
