Shukubo in Kamakura and Nikko?

I'm interested in staying in a Shukubo in Kamakura and Nikko for a night. Would anyone know where I can go or how I can find one. I also read that some Shukubo(s) do not allow access to non-Japanese speaking people, any advice on this?
