boku wa totemo shiawase desu. (usually Japanese people would just say happy-shiawase, and hardly ever say boku wa (I))
uta wo utai? (casual) uta wo utaimasenka? (more formal)

1)Boku (watashi) wa totemo shiawase desu. or Totemo shiawase desu. 2)Uta-wo utai masuka? (Polite) Utau? (Casual)
NB: We don't say 'Utai?' in Japanese. 'Utau?' is correct.

It depends on the context. How do you plan to use these dialogs?
For example, if you are a musician and you want to say these phrases to the audience before performing a song, this is my suggestion.
1) nandaka tanoshii na. 2) isshoni utatte kureru?
