Bedding in youth hostels

Do Japanese youth hostels provide all bedding (sheets, pillow cases, doonas and pillows?). We plan to travel light when visiting Japan and don't know whether we should take sleeping bags.

I think they usually provide linen. Maybe have a look on the websites for the places you would like to stay and see.
Some places that do provide linen are K's house and Bakpak, both have hostels in various locations in Japan.

From my experience they do provide all bedding, but not usually towels.
As suggested above you should check the websites of places you want to stay in.
