What Japanese clothing size would a BWH measurement of 78/54/80cm correspond to?

My bust is around 81cm. During my trip to Japan last week, I tend to fit size 9 (or M) tops best. I can fit sz 7 (S) tops but they are usually slightly tight on me. So sz 7 tops definitely fit u.
As for bottoms, I can't say from personal experience as I am much fatter than you below the waist.
