In 1997 I stayed for a few weeks in Tsukasa weekly mansion in Sapporo. I had forgot the mansion's address, but it's located near the Sapporo station and Seicomart (in a cross road). Is there anyone can help me to find the address and the phone number?

Can't help, but have you considered Google Maps Streetview to poke around where you think it might be? You might see a name, or street name, or atleast save a copy of the building photo which might help others identify it?!?? Just a thought.
