What is the most efficient way to get from Osaka Itami Airport to Naka Cruise Terminal Pier in the evening with some luggage? What is the approximate cost?

I recommend to take a bus from the airport to Sannomiya Station (40 minutes, 1020 yen) and then a taxi to the pier (about two kilometers, 700-1000 yen).
