How to get from Kurama to Ohara?

Hi,
I'm just wondering, what's the easiest way to get from Kurama to Ohara? I'm planning on staying at an inn in Ohara next month, but before checking in, I'd like to go up to Kurama and visit the temple there. So I'm wondering how I can get to Ohara from there.

There is a direct bus on Sundays and national holidays from mid March through November only.
At other times, I recommend to take the train via Takaragaike to Yase-Hieizan-guchi, and catch the bus to Ohara there.
