Japanese address & billing info

Hello all,

Quick question. For someone not living in Japan (USA), but that wants to use an online service that requires a Japanese address as well as billing info...is there some way to work around this? ie, my card/account can do foreign transactions just fine, only thing hanging it up is the US address. Is there maybe some sort of proxy service out there or something that'd get me over that bump (without actually setting up a bank account or doing anything illegal :P)?

Obviously, no physical goods involved, just server hosting (service).
