Leaving luggage with the Hotel

Hi, i am planning to travel to Tokyo first before visiting Osaka and Kyoto and then returning to Tokyo. I would like to know if it is possible to leave my luggage with the hotel in tokyo while i visit Osaka and Kyoyo?

It depends on the duration and the hotel. If it is just 1-3 nights, it will probably be no problem with most hotels. But it is for a really long duration, some hotels might not be willing to handle it. I recommend to enquire in advance.
