Fuji-Q to Gotemba Outlet to Shinjuku

Hi, I'll be travelling with my young son to Japan in Nov & had read thru almost all the previous forums. However, most of them only mentioned the way from Sinjuku to Fuji-Q/Gotemba.
My questions are
1) How to go from Fuji_Q highlands resort to Gotemba outlet? Fares? Frequency?
2) From Gotemba Premium outlet, which way is the fastest back to Shinjuku? Trains? Bus?
3) If by bus, are they frequent? Take from where?
Since I'll be spending a nite at Highlands Resort, is there any other recommended places to stay at the same price range?
I want my boy to have a memorable vacation.
So sorry for asking so many questions.

How to go from Fuji_Q highlands resort to Gotemba outlet? Fares? Frequency?There are 1-2 buses per hour to Gotemba Station, where you can transfer to the free shuttle bus to the outlet. Only a few buses go directly to the outlet. The one way fare is 1440 yen. From Gotemba Premium outlet, which way is the fastest back to Shinjuku? Trains?
