I suppose the easiest way to Shizuoka Sta. in your case is to take a Narita Express [N'EX] train to Shinagawa Sta. and make a transfer to Shinkansen.
Airport, N'EX, Shinagawa, Shinkansen, Shizuoka
08:50, No. 6, 10:04 - 10:34, KODAMA No.647, 11:55;
09:15, No. 8, 10:30 - 11:10, HIKARI No.469, 12:06;
09:45, No.10, 10:57 - 11:34, KODAMA No.651, 12:55;
10:15, No.12, 11:30 - 12:10, HIKARI No.471, 13:06.
At Tokyo Sta., these N'EX trains will be divided into two parts for different directions.
You don't have to worry about it as long as you are on the correct car.
Some HIKARI trains do not stop at Shizuoka Sta. All KODAMA trains stop at every station on the way.
- N'EX timetable
http://jreast-shinkansen-reservation.eki-net.com/pc/eng...- Tokaido - San'yo Shinkansen timetable (westbound)
http://english.jr-central.co.jp/info/timetable/_pdf/wes...There are two terminals in Narita Airport, and two railroad companies have stations in each terminal.
Your station will be Narita Airport Sta. or Airport Terminal 2 Sta. of JR-East.
After immigration procedures, go down to the 1st basement and find a JR Ticket Office with this logo.
http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/ticket/img/purchase/img_midor...You have to make reservation for your N'EX seat. You can try reserving your Shinkansen seat if you hope to.
If you don't have a railroad pass covering your ride and you have reached 12 in age, then try a Suica & N'EX package which includes a very costless N'EX ticket. For details, consult the Ticket Office staff.
