University degree 2009/8/5 11:38
Kimzyhoe,

So long as your degree is a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (i.e. not something you bought on the Internet), it doesn't really matter what country it is from or what subject it is in to get a working visa.
Also, if you are from the UK, you qualify for a Working Holiday Visa, which doesn't require a university degree.

design job? 2009/8/5 22:11
If you are asking whether you will be able to get a job in graphic design with that degree, it would be a very long shot. Entry level jobs in design for people with little to no Japanese language skills are pretty much non-existent I'm afraid.

You would probably get an English teaching job if you interview well.
