Utility bills

I missed to pay my water bill (yokohamawaterworks), and now convenience stores refuse to take it, what is the other way to pay the bill??????

(the call center for utility company doesn't have english speaking staff.

I assume yokohamawaterworks operates like many others.
You should have been able to take overdue water bill to the convenience store, it's the post office that wont allow it.

In any case, you can take the bill to the local branch office to pay it.

Is this your first time paying a bill at a convenience store? Maybe you're not understanding what the clerk is trying to tell you.

I once paid my water bill two months late (after receiving 3 or 4 overdue warnings) and Family Mart accepted the payment with no problems.

They didn't cut my water off so don't panic. Try another convenience store.
