Hey, I am a senior in high school in America and I want to be an undergraduate at a Japanese University in the Tokyo/Yokohama area. The reason being that I just did a homestay in Yokosuka, and I know people in that area. Anyway, I am looking at ICU (International Christian University) in Tokyo, but that seems somewhat expensive. Is there a good alternative for foreigners in that area that does not cost as much as a private university? Also any information on financial aid would be helpful. And by the way, I have been learning Japanese for 3 years now, if that helps.

I hope you understand that a degree from a Japanese university will not be impressive to U.S. companies. If you want a career in the U.S., you should got to a U.S. college and maybe do a student exchange year/semester.
