I found one at Meguro, Tokyo.

Website in English

When I checked it by searching "料理教室 外国人" (cooking school, foreigner), I found some places which offer teaching Japanese food. There are some schools, and several "International exchange organisation" take place such classes as well.

If you already decided exactly where you are staying, it helps you to find one.

By the way, my blog is also introducing some Japanese foods, or materials based on each seasons. if you are interested....

I lived in Tokyo for about a year and took the cooking classes taught by Kiyoko Konishi. I also only spoke English. She is a great teacher and answers all your questions. Even gives you the directions on where to locate the special equipment for cooking the dishes. It was a a lot of fun!
