By train to Tokyo or Ueno Station, then by Nagano Shinkansen to Nagano and then by express bus to Shiga Kogen. More details:

Hi Uji,

Thank you for your timely response. Also, I would like to know if it worth it to get a JR Rail Pass?
My itinerary:
1)Day 1: Narita Airport - Tokyo - Nagano- Shiga kogen
2) Day 2 - 5: In shiga kogen resort
3) Day 6-7: Shiga kogen - Disneysea.

Easiest is by rental car. Otherwise you need to make 2 or 3 train transfers and catch an bus.

Only two transfers are required. And unless you are familiar with Tokyo's expressway network, I guarantee you that you will prefer two transfers along the way to driving through Tokyo.

Also, I would like to know if it worth it to get a JR Rail Pass?

Certainly not the nationwide pass.

But if you arrive in Japan on or before December 1, 2009, a special 3-day JR East Pass could be interesting:

Hi Uji,

Thank you very much again. So a single trip ticket is definitely more worth it than a 7-days JR rail pass trip right?.
I have been getting different messages.
The ski resort should have opened by late Nov right?
Also, how to get to Disney sea from Shiga kogen ski resort?

Yes. Single tickets from Narita to Nagano and back to Tokyo cost around 17,000 yen, which compares to 28,300 yen for a 7-day Japan Rail Pass.

The ski resort should have opened by late Nov right?

Usually yes. But I think it cannot be guaranteed.

Also, how to get to Disney sea from Shiga kogen ski resort?

1) bus from Shiga-Kogen to Nagano
2) shinkansen from Nagano to Tokyo
3) JR Keiyo Line from Tokyo to Maihama (15 minutes)
