What is the cab fare from the Yokohama port cruise terminal to the nearest rail station Nihon Ordori? I will be traveling with my elderly mother and can not walk long distances.Will there be a surchage for 4 pieces of luggage?

We took taxis quite a few times last trip between stations and ports. The most we ever paid was 700 yen, no matter how many were in the taxi, there were three of us each time. Didn't have any problems with luggage surcharges either.
