i want to go to matsushima in the last week of october. will it be too cold by then to go out on a sea cruise? are there any boat tours with commentary in english and what is the approximate cost? thanks

Hon-Shiogama and Matsushima-Kaigan are train stations near the piers. The cruise takes about 50 minutes. There are other, circular cruises offered that start and end in Matsushima.
