Can JR Pass be used with Tokyo Subways?

I am planning to buy JR Pass because I will be travelling round trip from Tokyo to Kyoto. And a 1 day from Tokyo to Disney Sea. But wondering if the JR Pass also always us to ride the Tokyo Subways : Toei Line & Tokyo Metro Line.
Can anyone please help :D
