How far is Narita Airport to Setagaya-ku

I will be traveling from Narita Airport to Setagaya-ku. Please inform if it is better to stay in tokyo to go to fish market the next day or go from Setagaya-ku, Tokyo to fish market.

Setagaya is fairly near central Tokyo and well-connected by train. You will be fine staying there and taking the earliest train to the fish market in the morning.
