3-4 people staying in Japan 5 weeks

Hello!

Me and 3 friends are looking to travel to Japan for about 5 weeks. I wanted to ask for some suggestions of a place that allows for 4 people for that length of time. (So maybe a good guesthouse or even a reasonable apartment).

If you plan to base oneself in one city, you can try renting an apartment or staying in a guest house.

Thanks for answering so quickly. We do plan to make our base in Tokyo and go from there. I've been through that post a lot, I was just curious if anyone knew a really good place to accommodate that many people. Sorry I excluded that info. ~D
