High class Sencha - where in Tokyo?

I am traveling to Japan next week and wanted to buy some really high quality Sencha Green Tea.
Can anyone recommend a shop in Tokyo where I can buy them (and try them out before)? Last time I bought some at the big department stores in Tokyo, but I am rather looking for a small specialised shop.

I would recommend 'Cha' Ginza shop.

11:00-19:00 (For drinking -18:00)
(Closed only on Monday)
Very close from B3 exist at Ginza station.
Hope you'll like this place.
