Hi,
Does anyone know if there is any store in tokyo that sell a good collection of gundam model and related modelling stuffs like paint/brush at reasonable price?

Try Yodobashi Camera at Akihabara. Their prices are lower and they have a good selection of most types of model kits, including Gundam models, and model supplies. If you have the time, check the many other smaller hobby shops in Akihabara. Their prices will be a bit higher, but sometimes these stores may have a "hard to find" or a older, "out of stock" kit.
