Marathon near Shiga Prefecture

Hi I want to run a marathon in Japan near Shiga Prefecture in late 2010 unfortunatley i am not fast enough for the Lake Biwa Marathon. Does anyone know of other marathons in that area for recreational rather than elite runners?

Maybe the one held by Moriyama City?
They seem to have half-distance, 10km, 5km, etc. as well. The date this year will be Dec. 13. They seem to accept applications from Sept. 1 to early Oct.
