Hi, may i check once the egg is cooked, can we keep it for 2-3days before eating? If not, what is the maximum period we can keep the eggs? Secondly, is the place open on New Year day 1/1/2010?

They sell them with the expectation that people buy them and immediately eat them on the spot - which we all tend to do :) it's cooked eggs anyways, so I'd say *at latest* eat by the next day. The shop at Owakudani says "eat within today," I believe.
I'm not sure about the days when they close.
