Not much help but 2009/9/14 17:28

I know this association, and I know they have a bit of display/showroom in Tokyo, but they do not seem to provide details about themselves in English - meaning, the display might not have any English explanation and that they might not have any English speaking staff... you might want to send them an e-mail (in simple English) to see if they know of any member sake makers that have guided tours in English?

Nada in Kobe or Fushimi in Kyoto 2009/9/15 00:12
Nada district of Kobe is probably the most famous sake producer of Japan and one third of Sake on the earth derives from it.

Hakutsuru Museum offers good coverage of video and display in English. I met an english speaking sommelier at Shu-Shin-Kan brewery and tasted several sake there. XD

Pls Google "Nada sake" or "Fushimi Sake"
