I am planning to buy Iphone 8 GB with softbank. My Question is very simple. Can i able to use this Iphone in my Country (US), when i will leave Japan. If yes, then how?

Without knowing your visa status, and intended length of stay in Japan, the answer is probably yes.
Softbank does not unlock their phones even upon completion of your contract, however there are various workarounds available for the iphone that would allow you to unlock it and use it on US networks. Just do a search for "iphone sim unlock" for lots of advice in this area.
