Loan to pay for studying in Japan

Hello, I am 17 and currently studying my A levels.
When I am 18 or 19, I would like to go to Japan for one or two years and study at a Language School, but I would have difficulty paying tuition and accommodation fees.
Would it be possible to get a loan from an English bank to pay for the fees relating to studying in Japan?

I don't know what you mean with "English bank", but you can be sure that you will not be able to get a loan from any bank in Japan. But there seem to exist various governmental and private scholarship programs. Whether you can get a bank loan in your home country, I have no idea.
