Did you check their official website? The live info is posted on there...it's in Japanese though but you can find tools to get it translated into English.

I think their tour for their new album has ended already. But they are playing in the big visual rock fes. in October and that would definitely be awesome. Too bad I can't go.

They also have a Christmas eve show scheduled.

About other visual kei info, definitely have to check out Jrock revolution http://www.jrockrevolution.com/

J-revolution used to be quite good too but they are not updating nowadays http://www.j-revolution.com/

Also I check http://www.barks.jp/ It's a general music site in Japanese but has lots of articles on the more popular visual kei bands
