My name in japanese? 2009/9/29 14:02
Hello, I was wondering what my name would be in Japanese.

Alexander - Defender of man(kind)

Michael - He who is like god

If I could have the characters for it, as well as the Japanese-English translation of my name that would be awesome!

Thanks!

Ah if the kanji/etc is not doable, sure there is a "romanji"?(spelling? or is that the correct word?) form of my name in Japanese. My name is different from his, so stealing his name wouldn't be totally accurate. =)

Someone told it to me months ago but I forgot - so that's why I'm asking again. =)

Alex,

The poster above made a couple of good guesses, but the names are more usually rendered as follows in Japanese.

アレキサンダー (Arekisandaa)
マイケル (Maikeru)
