Nagoya co. was paid $20k for 7 mini trucks 45 days ago and will not respond to phone calls or reply to emails. I am in desperate need of English speaking person or referrals to the Nagoya japan prosecutor. Someone to mediate the communication would be appreciated.

you don't contact prosecutors anywhere by yourself unless you want to lose. you need to get a lawyer. a quick google search turned up a few english speaking lawyers in nagoya. google for a start. you'll find someone. don't dawdle, that's a lot of money to gamble on a company that may not even exist anymore.
