buy tickets for concerts from overseas

im going to japan in dec to jan and there is an asian kung fu generation concert on 21dec i arrive on the 16dec and tickets go on sale in November meanin it will probs get sold out by time i will get there is there anyway to buy a ticket from overseas i've tried eplus but u need to be a resident, theres is also this site
