You must know that most sentences in English cannot be translated to Japanese in literal form visa-versa. but theres many good enough equals.

"tomodachibakari no anata no hou ga suki"
(I like you better as only a friend)

but english subtitles would probaly say something like what you said.. "I jus want to keep you as my friend" pretty much the same though.

"Anata ga inakute chou sabishii"
(Im loney when your not around/or here)

same as you said before here too, translations on the bottom of a screen would most likey say "I miss you so much or alot"

Assuming you are a female and wanting to say this to a guy, my suggestions follow.

'I just want to keep you as my friend'
For this one, is the emphasis on "just"? meaning, nothing more? Or are you trying to say "all I want is..."? you need to be careful with this "just" :)

If you want to say something like "I want you to be my friend for a long
time/good," then it would be:
- Zutto tomodachi de ite hoshii desu.

" I'm really missing you lots'
- Anata ga inakute totemo sabishii desu.
