my application for permanent residency was approved last april,now ,my alien card expires this dec.after my application was approved we immediately went to the city hall for a stamp on the back.now do i have to renew my alien card still?if so what are the requirements?

Gracey,
Yes, you need to renew your ARC by the date mentioned on the card. The website for the town/city where you live will probably tell you what you need to do to renew it, but I think all you need to take is a couple of recent photos together with your passport.
