Both male and female can marry soon as the Divorce Court judge pronounced the Final Decree of Marriage, exception are the State of Alabama (60 days waiting period) and State of Texas (30 days waiting period). Lifetime ban for adultery in State of Virginia. Several states will not recognize marriage performed in another states. http://www.usmarriagelaws.com/
